Are there any fees in addition to the monthly platform fee?
Your monthly subscription covers your full platform access and everything in your plan.
The only pay-per-use elements are:
- Email sending: $1.00 per 1,000 emails sent. If you email a list of 5,000 people, that's $5. You're not paying a flat monthly fee for a list that sits there.
- SMS sending: $0.015 per text segment (one standard message = one segment). Sending 500 appointment reminders costs about $7.50.
- Dedicated texting phone number: for texts and calls ($10 — easily purchase in your platform).
- AI Employee: (Freedom Business Growth plan) — only billed when actively in use.
Usage is billed monthly to the card on file. You can set spending limits inside your account at any time.
Account activation: A $10 usage credit is charged when your account is activated. This credit is applied toward your first usage-based charges (email, SMS, etc.).
